Clinical:2.1 Following the appropriate training, undertake comprehensive telephone pre-assessments, includingappropriate
action for warfarin and diabetes management2.2 Ensuring that accurate information regarding the endoscopy procedure is
given to the patient. 2.3 Following required training and completion of endoscopy specific competencies, take consent
forspecific procedures2.4 To interpret and act upon blood results (with guidance from Charge nurse/senior staff
nurse).2.5 To perform venepuncture and cannulation once appropriate training has been given.2.6 Accurate recording and
