About the Role

Clinical Care Provide safe, evidencebased nursing care to patients on theGynaecologyWard, including pre and

postoperative care, postanaestheticmonitoring, and management of acutegynaecologicalconditions. Assess, plan, implement

and evaluateindividualisedcare plans, ensuring all care is delivered to a high professional standard.

Recognise,escalateand respond appropriately to changes in patient condition, using clinical judgement and Trust

protocols. Support patients undergoing elective surgery,assistingin pre-operative assessment, preparation, and discharge

planning. Deliver compassionate care to women presenting with emergencygynaecological problems such as miscarriage,
