About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen to employ a dynamic forward thinking individual as a Band 6 staff nurse on Horder

Ward. Horder ward is an 12 bedded Acute oncology ward caring for patients undergoing surgery, chemotherapy,

radiotherapy. Horder ward also cares for palliative patients who have complex symptom control and psychological needs.

We are looking for a caring, compassionate and competent nurse who has a specialise interest in palliative care. The

ideal candiate is someone who works well under pressure, with excellent time management skills and is dedicated to

excellent patient care.
