About the Role
JOB DESCRIPTION
The post holder is responsible for the assessment of person centred care and the development, implementation and
evaluation of care, for patients who are attending the department for Systemic Anti-Cancer Therapies (SACT) and/or
supportive therapies associated with treatment. The post holder is expected to carry out all relevant forms of care
without direct supervision and will be required to supervise and demonstrate procedures to qualified and/or unqualified
staff. The post holder will also provide specialist care treatment and support for patients receiving SACT and / or
