About the Role

Clinical Take clinical responsibility for patients within your allocated area of work. Continuously assess, plan,

implement and evaluate treatment, using appropriate programmes/methods of care. To ensure a high delivery of quality

care in accordance with Trust policies, procedures and guidelines. Participating in activities to improve the quality,

productivity and effectiveness of care in response to local and national policies and initiatives. To practice in

accordance with the NMC Code of Professional conduct and scope of professional practice and maintain own NMC

registration. In the absence of a senior colleague, and following appropriate induction and guidance, will be expected
