Staff Nurse (Cath Labs)

About the Role

What youll doOur routine lists run from Monday to Friday 08:00 to 18:00. Outside of these hours (including overnight

during the week and weekends) we run an On Call service for emergencies. Full training will be given in the catheter lab

including an initial 8-12 week supernumerary period (Depending on experience) followed by the completion of

competencies. Once fully trained you will be part of the On Call team and be rostered to cover out of hours emergencies,

this is usually after a period of 4-6 months. As a Cath Lab nurse, you will be scrubbing and circulating for a variety

of cardiac cath lab procedures. As well as supporting recovery, recovering patients post procedure including general and
