About the Role
As a Staff Nurse, you will deliver high-quality, individualized care in a state-of-the-art dialysis clinic, ensuring patient-focused treatment and support.
Responsibilities
- Deliver individualized patient care and promote patient-focused practices.
- Mentor and assist team members in their roles.
- Provide safe haemodialysis treatment per patient prescriptions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external organizations.
- Communicate effectively with patients and service providers.
- Adhere to company policies and assist in their implementation.
- Continuously develop relevant nursing knowledge and skills.
- Commit to evidence-based practice and patient care evaluation.
Requirements
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) with active NMC Pin.
- Preferred experience in renal nursing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing work situations.
- Friendly, outgoing, and flexible team player.

Compensation
The salary for this position ranges from £30,000 to £35,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
Location & Schedule
This is a permanent full-time role based in Colliers Wood, South West London, with day shifts from Monday to Saturday.
