About the Role
The successful applicant will be reliable, highly motivated and enthusiastic in supporting patients on the day of
discharge, creating a pleasant and positive experience for the patients leaving our care.
The ideal candidate will work well under pressure, have the ability to work both autonomously as well as part of a team
and have excellent written and oral communication skills. The post holder is expected to take charge in the absence of
the Sister.
