About the Role
Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans. Working closely with the multi-disciplinary team.
Providing education to patients, carers, and staff. Promoting healthy lifestyle changes. Assisting with audits and
establishing new protocols/care pathways to ensure high-quality, safe care. Completing accurate documentation, both
written and electronic. Preparing and coordinating clinics to run safely and efficiently, including housekeeping duties
and stock control management. Administering phototherapy to patients. Assisting with minor surgical procedures.
Providing wound care and topical treatments. Mentoring new staff and students. Engaging in research and providing
