Staff Nurse Development Post (Band 5-6 Development opportunity)
About the Role
Main Responsibility Plan, deliver and evaluate clinically appropriate interventions using evidenced based guidance and
practice. Set up processes/protocols for effective assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care for those
patients with physical, mental health and substance misuse. Safeguard vulnerable patients in line with CNWL Trust
safeguarding policies. Work with the qualified School Nurse(s) in the team to ensure the children and young people in
our care are meeting their expected developmental milestones, alongside health and wellbeing screening assessments.
Apply local risk assessment and management. Create and record care plans within individual patient records, tailored to
