About the Role

To provide a high standard of individualised patient care reflecting individual competencies and education that involves

relatives/carers as appropriate. To be responsible for the nursing care of a defined group of patients. To assist in the

management and organisation of the nursing service in the clinical area including the teaching and management of more

junior staff or those in training.
