About the Role
Ward F4 is able to give you the opportunity to learn about nursing patients with a whole range of respiratory
conditions. You will be upskilled to cannulate, take earlobe blood gases, catheterize and deal with life-saving
equipment such as non-invasive ventilation and high-flow oxygen.
Respiratory Medicine service treats patients with a full range of respiratory diseases including: COPD, Asthma, Lung
Cancer, Cystic Fibrosis, Bronchiectasis, Sleep Apnoea and Infectious Lung disease.
