About the Role

The post holder will assess, plan, evaluate and deliver all relevant aspects of patient care in a caring, compassionate

and sensitive manner. Work closely with the multi-disciplinary team and contribute to the clinical governance process.

Act as a mentor/preceptor to students. The post holder will maintain high standards of quality patient care on a shift

basis.

As a band 5 on Ward 62 you will have a pivotal role in the team dynamics. Responsible to the ward manager. You will
