About the Role

Personally give care to individuals, under the guidance of the team leader, based on agreed Policies, Guidelines and

Standard Operating Procedures, adhering to the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Authority Code of Practice. Assist

with the clinical management of the department, maintaining high standards of nursing practice and promoting the

philosophy of patient centred care. Ensuring effective communication is maintained at all times. Manage time and

resources efficiently, achieving good communication. Use every reasonable opportunity to maintain and develop your

knowledge and competence of Fertility nursing. Give support and guidance to untrained staff working in the ward /
