About the Role

Hospital at Home are looking for a staff nurse who is interested in the post for a the OPS hospital at home service. We

are looking for a qualified nurse who is motivated and enthusiastic to join our developing service and

multi-disciplinary team, with a passion for acute community care.

Hospital at Home is a service alongside virtual wards specialities within Older Persons Services. Our aim is to provide

excellent person-centred holistic care to our service users and their families.
