About the Role
Beech ward has an exciting opportunity to join their well established, compassionate and creative team as a Staff Nurse.
We are seeking individuals who are driven, compassionate, empathetic and innovative. Beech is a 17 bedded female acute
inpatient ward offering therapeutic and meaningful engagement, care and treatment to a diverse range of woman with
varied mental health needs. As a Staff Nurse, you will proactively engage with the wider MDT, formulate care plans,
adequately risk assess, engaged in named nurse sessions and support with leading a team with compassion and commitment.
