Ensure essential safety training and role specific training is completed in line with Trust policy. Take responsibility

for own continuing professional development and performance, including identifying own development needs and maintain

own portfolio in accordance with revalidation requirements. Contribute to the safety and quality agenda by reporting any

identified risk and ensuring actual incidents or near misses are reported. Receive feedback from patients and those that

matter to them, recognising and sharing good practice, as well as managing any verbal complaints, escalating to senior
