About the Role

Join our team as a Staff Nurse at Nightingale House Hospice, where you will deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to patients and their families. You will play a vital role in assessing care needs, planning and evaluating care, and supporting junior staff, all while promoting a compassionate and holistic approach to nursing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based nursing care to patients.
• Assess and plan care needs for patients and families.
• Supervise and support junior nursing staff.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams for holistic care.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration.
• Experience in palliative or hospice care preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Compensation

Salary ranges from £28,000 to £35,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Location & Schedule

Based at Nightingale House Hospice, with flexible shift patterns available.
