About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Deliver evidence-based nursing care to patients.
  • Assess and plan care needs for patients and families.
  • Supervise and support junior nursing staff.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams for holistic care.

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration.
  • Experience in palliative or hospice care preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation
