Staff Nurse (Nights)
About the Role
Purpose of Role To provide high-quality palliative and end oflife care to patients in their own homes during night hours
ensuring comfort dignity and support for patients and their families. Key Responsibilities Deliver hands on nursing care
for patients with palliative needs including physical psychological and emotional support. Symptom management for
patients nearing end of life including pain control and other complex needs. Maintain accurate records using EMIS and
comply with governance standards. Liaise with District Nursing teams FCMS and Inpatient Unit as required for continuity
of care. Provide immediate support to families following death and offer guidance on next steps. Participate in
