About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated Band 5 Community Nurse to join the Adult Community
Learning Disability Team (CLDT)Trafford, based at Sale Waterside.
We are based in Sale, a charming town in Greater Manchester, situated on the south bank of the river Mersey. We are a
well-established and friendly team who support patients with a learning disability who are registered with a GP is in
Trafford. We link in closely with our colleagues in Greater Manchester, as part of a wider Greater Manchester Network.
Nursing is a valued and respected component of the team.
