About the Role
Avocet is a 21 bedded sub-acute elderly medicine and rehabilitation ward. Patients are admitted with a range of
long-term medical conditions such as respiratory and cardiovascular diseases, and orthopaedic conditions.
The successful candidate will be expected to contribute to the continuous development of the ward and advancement in
patient-centred care, as well as keen to progress in their knowledge and skills.
