About the Role

The Staff Nurse in the General Surgery / Inpatient Specialist Surgery unit is responsible for delivering high-quality,

patient-centered nursing care to surgical patients throughout their inpatient stay. This role involves providing

comprehensive pre- and post-operative care, monitoring patients’ conditions, administering medications and treatments,

and supporting patients and their families through the surgical journey.

The nurse works as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe clinical practice, timely interventions, and
