About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Neurodisability team based at Clatterbridge Rehabilitation Centre. The

ward consists of 30 beds split into 20 stroke rehab and 10 neuro rehab beds. Patient follow a pathway of therapy

enabling them to reach an optimum level of independence. It has a Multidisciplinary approach facilitated by a team of

nurses , OT's , Physio's, SLT, Neuropsychologists and the Discharge Hub.

Managing a case load of patients for duration of shift. Administering medication. Accurate record keeping on EPR system.

Providing nursing care to assist with ADL's. Proactive in decision making and advocating for their patients. Complying
