About the Role

Join our team as a Staff Nurse/Paramedic, focusing on providing compassionate care during night shifts. You will assess and meet patients' needs, offer emotional support, and ensure effective communication with families and healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Assess and implement patient care plans
• Provide emotional and spiritual support
• Administer medication per regulations
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Respond to urgent palliative care needs
• Communicate effectively with healthcare teams
• Verify death and perform Last Offices

Requirements

• Registered Nurse or Paramedic qualification
• Experience in palliative care preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and flexibly
• Knowledge of NMC regulations
