About the Role
Our 31 bedded Respiratory ward are looking for Nurses to join its supportive, encouraging and friendly ‘Respiratory
Family’ that is developing with the changing needs of patients with respiratory conditions, on a permanent full-time
basis at Broomfield Hopsital.
You will report primarily to the Senior Sister, Junior Sisters and work closely with the Health Care Assistants to
promote, develop and maintain a culture within the Ward/Department in collaboration with the Charge Nurse which
challenges and questions practice and promotes the quality of thinking amongst practitioners.
