About the Role
JOB DESCRIPTION
To be able to co-ordinate and deliver outstanding person centered nursing care in a professional manner to the home's
residents with general and dementia nursing needs based upon best practice and current standards and guidelines.
Responsible for the administration of prescribed medication in accordance and the home's procedures and the NMC
guidelines. Work as part of an effective team.
