About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for dynamic and motivated registered or newly qualified nurses to join our highly
skilled, innovative and rapidly expanding Frailty service, based at Southport Hospital.
We will provide training and support to the right candidate who has an interest in Elderly care and Frailty; it is an
amazing team with an established multidisciplinary team.
The post holder must be flexible, as you will be expected to work flexible shifts days & nights.
An Enhanced DBS Certificate with the Children’s and Adults’ Barred Lists is required.
