About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 4 Stoma Care Assistant Practitioner to join our Stoma Care Department
based at the Royal Gwent Hospital.
You will assist in co-ordination of stoma patient care within the stoma care department, manage basic complications of
stoma care under the guidance of a Registered Nurse to facilitate patient's return to normal life.
You will provide holistic needs assessment and maintain the stoma care database.
