About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a qualified healthcare professional (Registered Nurse or Registered HCPC Allied

Health Care Professional) to join our new Stop Smoking Service. We are seeking an enthusiastic and confident Stop

Smoking Advisor to support patients accessing Community Mental and Physical Health services.

The successful candidate will work closely with Community Physical Health and Community Mental Health teams to promote

and support Stop Smoking in line with regional and national best practice.

Using a flexible and innovative approach you will provide smoking cessation advice and support to service users in
