About the Role
JOB DESCRIPTION
The post holder will act as a practitioner providing expert care in relation to stopping smoking in pregnancy whilst
being responsible for supporting the Trust’s delivery of the Tobacco Control Strategy. He/she will continually develop
and review Stop Smoking Services within the maternity setting ensuring high standards are attained, in line with best
available evidence. He/she will provide professional leadership within midwifery services, providing specialist
knowledge whilst working collaboratively with staff and liaising with clinical leads, supporting, educating, motivating
