About the Role

We are recruiting for a 12-month FTC for a Strategic Programmes Project Manager to support delivery of our

organisational priorities across the Great Care, Timely Care and Best Place to work priority programmes.

This role provides vital coordination to ensure that our strategic programmes are supported by strong planning, aligned

timelines, robust governance, and consistent reporting. The post holder will work closely with Strategic Programme

Leads, Organisational Development Team and wider people team, operational teams, and transformation colleagues to

coordinate project structures, support delivery, and evidence progress against strategic objectives.
