About the Role

The post holder will primarily be responsible for providing accurate data input into the national audit database

Sentinel Stroke National Audit Programme (SSNAP) along with other local audit databases. This will involve accurately

scrutinising case notes and hospital systems for the relevant data that must be entered onto SSNAP in a highly accurate

manner. This information will need to be brought to the weekly SSNAP breach meeting. The post therefore demands a high

attention to detail, organisation skills, knowledge of hospital systems and good time management skills to ensure timely

and precise data entry in order to meet deadlines. The post holder must be proficient in using various IT systems. There
