Stroke ESD and Community Neuro Occupational Therapist

We are seeking an enthusiastic Occupational Therapist with 1–2 years of NHS experience & prior involvement in stroke

rehabilitation to join the Integrated Stroke Early Supported Discharge (ESD) and Community Neuro Rehabilitation Service

(CNRS).

ESD is a key pathway for stroke survivors, allowing them to leave hospital earlier than they may have otherwise. CNRS

supports stroke patients that do not meet the ESD criteria and other neurological conditions in the community.
