Stroke ESD and Community Neuro Physiotherapist

About the Role

A Vacancy at Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust.

We are seeking an enthusiastic Band 5 Physiotherapist with previous NHS experience & prior involvement in stroke

rehabilitation to join the Integrated Stroke Early Supported Discharge and Community Neuro Rehabilitation Service

supporting service users with a variety of complex needs.

ESD is a key pathway for stroke survivors allowing them to leave hospital earlier than they may have otherwise,

receiving up to 6 weeks of intensive rehab in their home, community or our inpatient Community wards.
