We are looking for a specialist nurse to join our Stroke Practitioner and Specialist Nurse Team. We are seeking someone

who is passionate about delivering high quality care to patients whilst empowering them to manage their condition.

Extensive transformation work has taken place to develop a fully merged University Hospitals Dorset NHS Foundation Trust

Stroke Service, providing high quality stroke specialist care for Poole and Bournemouth patients.

As the successful candidate you will work within a team based in Bournemouth . Sharing your stroke expertise with

colleagues is also an essential part of this post, supporting those with less experience to build their specialist
