About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and organised Student Administration Assistant to join Bangor University’s Student & Academic
Services Directorate, providing high-quality administrative and frontline support to students throughout their academic
journey. In this varied role, you’ll maintain accurate records, respond to enquiries in person, by phone, and online,
assist with exams and awards processes, and help deliver key events such as open days and graduation. You’ll work
collaboratively across the University to ensure smooth service delivery, always maintaining a professional,
student-centred approach. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong communication skills, and the ability to speak Welsh
