Student Veterinary Nurse (FTC)

About the Role

Your responsibilities will include:

• Nurse consultations and clinics
• Theatre nursing and inpatient care
• Assisting with imaging (radiography and ultrasound)
• Lab work and sample processing
• Monitoring anaesthetics and dispensing medications
• Stock control and ordering

Responsibilities

Perform nursing consultations, manage theatre duties, assist with imaging, and process lab samples. Monitor anaesthetics, dispense medications, and maintain stock control.

Requirements

Must be an experienced Registered Veterinary Nurse, confident in general nursing, and eager for professional development. Ability to work collaboratively in a team is essential.

Compensation

Location & Schedule

This full-time position involves a varied rota, including weekend and out-of-hours responsibilities, with a mix of day and occasional night shifts.
