Studio Technical Support Analyst
About the Role
As a Technical Support Analyst at NEXT, you will be the vital link between complex data systems and our internal
business teams. Your mission is to support the image and data-centric applications and workflows developed by our DAM
(Digital Asset Management) & Image Services Team, ensuring our operations run seamlessly. Reporting to the Technical
Support Team Lead in Enderby, you’ll perform first-line triage and root cause analysis to solve technical hurdles before
they impact the business. At NEXT, we don’t expect you to stand still; you’ll be supported with regular performance
reviews and one-to-ones to help you evolve your skills and grow within our clear career framework.
