About the Role

Randstad Education is seeking a Welsh-speaking Study Skills SpLD Tutor to provide tailored academic support to students. This part-time, remote role allows for flexible scheduling while helping students develop independence and effective learning strategies.

Responsibilities

• Create individualized learning plans for students.
• Support students in developing independence.
• Build on strengths and learning strategies.
• Help with organization and time management.
• Enhance research and comprehension skills.

Requirements

• Membership with a relevant professional body.
• Experience with specific learning difficulties.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and reliability.
• Ability to manage a caseload of students.
