About the Role

As a Non-medical prescriber you will maintain integrated working practices and care pathways for the client group that

meet the complex and changing needs of people with co-existing issues. You will work as a lead member of a

multidisciplinary team responsible for: Undertakes Clinical Nursing Practice at an advanced level using expert knowledge

and clinical skills to deliver care to patients Provide expert professional advice to patients, carers and colleagues

and ensure the maintenance of clinical excellence. To provide treatment as required, including prescribing medication,

within their sphere of competence. To carry out comprehensive assessments of patients looked after. To provide
