About the Role
Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week
Dates: asap - 2 months (Temporary Contract, will be reviewed after 2 months)
Pay Rate: between £33 to £38/hr PAYE or umbrella (no limited companies)
Your new roleUndertake physical and mental health assessments for service users and ensure appropriate sign
posting/referral to primary care or appropriate secondary health care services for identified health issues.To undertake
Nurse Alcohol Assessments and determine safe detoxificationAssist in the titration process for opiate service users.To
