Support Coordinator

About the Role

We are looking for a friendly Support Coordinator to provide personalised support to adults with a learning disability

living at our supported living service in Barrow, Cumbria. You will have a can-do approach with the acknowledgement of

positive behaviour support to ensure all service users can enjoy the highest quality of life and promote independence.

Support Coordinator Duties:

• Supporting service users with daily living tasks, accessing local community and supporting around health needs

• Managing a team of support workers to deliver high quality care
