Support Coordinator
We're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join the Croydon Team in London.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with stroke survivors and their families to support them following a stroke.
Position: S11352 Stroke Support Coordinator
Location: Home-based, Haringey. However, regular travel will be required as part of this role (will include team
meetings or other work-related meetings)
