Support Coordinator
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join the Hounslow team in London.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with stroke survivors and their families to support them following a stroke.
Position: S11335 Stroke Support Coordinator
Location: Home-based, Hounslow. However, regular travel will be required as part of this role (will include team
meetings or other work-related meetings)
