About the Role
Join Cornerstone as a Support Practitioner and make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with disabilities. This part-time role (24 hours per week) offers comprehensive training, including funding for your SVQ qualification. Responsibilities
- Provide person-centred support in daily living activities
- Assist with cooking, personal care, and medication management
- Encourage hobbies and interests of residents
- Work collaboratively within a dedicated team
- Maintain effective communication with residents and staff
Requirements
- Caring and compassionate attitude
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Confidence in using computers
- Willingness to learn and adapt

Compensation
Hourly rate to be discussed, with additional payments for sleepovers and waking night shifts.
Location & Schedule
