We are looking to recruit to Northwich, Winsford Frodsham and rural areas.

In Cheshire west and Chester adult social care our mission is to inspire hope and provide unparalleled support for the

people and communities of Cheshire, helping them to enjoy life to the fullest.

The service is based at the portal in Ellesmere Port, the team however we deliver care and support throughout the

borough in people’s homes.
