About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Support Worker who is keen to support our service users by providing
Dialog+ and supporting with delivering interventions.
A Support Worker is a key staff member within the multidisciplinary care team and will have continuing responsibility to
assess and plan alongside the needs of the service user, liaise with our Clinical Pathway Leads, Following Dialog+,
deliver group-based interventions, influence and drive change, promote health and best practice, patient safety and
experience.
