About the Role
The role of the Support Worker/Carer is an opportunity for a pro-active person to join an evolving Care Company. We are
looking for dedicated and empathetic people. The support team will provide practical assistance and emotional support to
empower the people we support to achieve their goals and aspirations.
The team will be inducted and trained to support people within our residential home. The people we support require
support around their daily living skills, health needs and will have a range of physical and/or learning disabilities.
