About the Role
As a Support Worker Apprentice with Barchester you will be supporting Nurses, Doctors and other health professionals to
deliver excellent care to patients. This includes supporting with personal care, meaningful and therapeutic activities.
You will promote independence utilising a range of skills including clinical risk management and safe and therapeutic
observations, using a least restrictive approach at all times. You will focus on delivering outstanding person-centred
care to residents at all times.
