About the Role

We are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity here at Potens for Bank Support Workers.

These roles are based in Reading, where we have a residential home for 7 adults with complex physical, medical, and

learning needs and a supported living service for 5 adults with learning disabilities. The people who live with us need

full support in all aspects of their lives. The level of care we provide and the outcomes for those who live with us are

outstanding.

The position will involve working across both of our services and will also involve supporting people within their own
